Analysis of information and development of strategic plans for the training, sending out, and receiving the human resources for global health policies:

We pool the information on the applicants for international organizations, provide information to registrants, and strategically offer technical support, counseling, and follow-up. We also gather and analyze information on recipient organizations and develop plans concerning the reception into international and domestic organizations in the healthcare field.

Communication and coordination with international organizations and related bodies:

We perform communication and coordination with international organizations to obtain timely information concerning vacancies, planned replacements, and required human resources. We also perform coordination with the organizations providing human resources, as well as domestic organizations requiring global human resources.

Career maintenance and development after dispatch of human resources for global health policies, support for settling down, and acceptance in Japan:

To create an enabling environment for career maintenance and development in and outside of Japan, we assist in finding positions and career enhancement by proposing posts for the people returning to Japan and by supporting human resource training to gain experience and knowledge.
